With more than three decades of experience across government, corporate finance, and entrepreneurial enterprise, Mohan brings deep regulatory and commercial insight to his work.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University and a Master of Tax qualification, grounding his approach in governance, risk management, and financial discipline.
His early career in complex regulatory environments shaped his ability to think systemically and design frameworks that perform under pressure.
Today, through the FIJI Method and Vision to Venture framework, Mohan delivers executive keynotes focused on identity alignment, structured growth, and scalable system design — helping leaders move from reactive decision-making to intentional performance.
My Journey
Mohan Singh’s career spans structured government regulation, corporate financial oversight, small business ownership, and franchise development — a combination that gives him uncommon perspective on how enterprises truly succeed or fail.
He began in high-accountability public-sector roles where precision, governance, and risk management were paramount. Transitioning into small business and franchising, he experienced firsthand the realities entrepreneurs face — uncertainty, capital exposure, operational pressure, and the weight of personal responsibility.
Those contrasting environments shaped his defining mission: bridge discipline with ambition.
Today, through his builder-focused programs and frameworks, Mohan works to strengthen entrepreneurial foundations — ensuring aspiring founders do not lose their savings, stability, or confidence due to preventable structural gaps.

From Public Service to Entrepreneur
Leaving public service, I stepped into entrepreneurship as a franchise owner in the retail sector — moving from regulatory precision to commercial risk overnight.
Operating on the front line of business taught me what no textbook ever could: cash flow discipline, customer accountability, operational pressure, and the resilience required to build something that must survive on performance alone.
During this period, I attended an intensive business development bootcamp led by international strategist Kane Minkus. That experience sharpened my commercial thinking and accelerated my transition from operator to structured business builder.
A Leap Into Independent Enterprise
After gaining operational experience within franchising, I transitioned into full independence — developing my own mattress brand from the ground up called Royal Sleep Mattress Factory focussed on quality, comfort and value.
This meant more than product development. I built the brand architecture, designed the logo and market positioning, developed digital acquisition systems, implemented customer support frameworks, and structured warranty and after-sales processes to ensure long-term trust.
This phase sharpened my understanding of full-cycle business design — from concept and branding to operations, compliance, and customer experience.
My Mission with Vision to Venture
Now, I’m on a mission to give back. I understand what it feels like to be stuck, uncertain, or searching for direction. That’s why I’ve created Vision to Venture, a 7-step coaching framework designed to help individuals—whether in a corporate role or running a business—unlock their potential, define their path, and build their personal success formula.
My goal is to teach, guide, and inspire others to move from confusion to clarity and from vision to meaningful action.
